Not a one size fits all approach

CORE Community Services is a registered provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Our disability support program works with individuals who are eligible for the NDIS and who have received an NDIS plan. We are registered to provide the supports in the following categories:

  • Assistance with Daily Living
  • Assistance with social and community participation
  • Coordination of Support
  • Improved Daily Living (Capacity Building Supports). This can include the following:
    • Occupational Therapy
    • Speech Therapy
    • Capacity building social and community participation
    • Assistance with decision making, budgeting and transport training

Focussed on you and supporting you to think about what you want for your life. How we can support your aspirations and goals, support you to make informed choices and understand risks and responsibilities.

We ensure our planning conversations will take your whole of life into account. Your plans are reviewed and built on your wants, needs as life experiences change.

We will include an up-to-date profile which details your strengths and skills, what is important to you and what we need to know to best support you, to ensure that you are supported to achieve your goals and aspirations.
