Fairfield City Settlement Action Plan

The Fairfield City Settlement Action Plan  was response to the large influx of refugees and humanitarian entrants settling in Fairfield City between January 2016 and June 2018. The Plan was a proactive response by local agencies to explore how they could enhance service delivery, coordination and collaboration to contribute to better settlement outcomes for those arriving as refugees or vulnerable migrants into Fairfield City. The Action Plan and Progress Report provides a valuable resource for other community organisations, Council and State Government Department who would like to adopt a similar model in their city.
