Stronger Families for Safer Communities

Stronger families for safer communities is a program funded by Department of Communities and Justice supporting vulnerable families in south west Sydney.
Stronger Families for Safer Communities provides services to support children, young people, families and communities. This includes a variety of activities and initiatives that focus on community strengthening, safety, empowerment and wellbeing.
Activities include connecting individuals to:
- Information, advice and referrals,
- Community workshops
- Social inclusion programs
- Education and training
- Skill development
- Lifestyle activities
- Community events
- Advocacy and support
The program provides these activities to local residence in the Fairfield, Liverpool and Campbelltown Local Government Area, to empower community members and build stronger and more connected communities.
- For case management: families with children aged 0-5 years old lives in Fairfield and Liverpool LGA
- For Community strengthening, wellbeing and safety youth programs: young people (age 12-23) lives in Fairfield, Liverpool and Campbelltown LGA.
We provide support services for those individuals and families to live independently; and build up that positive influences for their lives by connecting them to varies support services that they need to support their family.
