Juana Reinoso has been an integral part of CORE Community Services since 1994, beginning her journey as a project worker and contributing across multiple roles within the organisation. Her dedication and leadership have been instrumental in shaping CORE’s vision and impact.
In October 2014, Juana was appointed CEO after a decade as the Service Manager for the Aged and Disability Care Service. During this time, she spearheaded strategic transformations that not only enhanced service delivery but also created financial sustainability, benefiting both clients and the organisation.
With a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Science and Technology, Juana brings extensive experience working with disadvantaged and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities in South West Sydney. Her expertise spans service development, strategic planning, staff and financial management, and risk mitigation.
Juana’s unwavering passion for empowering the voices of local communities and addressing their needs continues to drive her work at CORE Community Services. Under her leadership, CORE remains committed to fostering meaningful change and enriching lives across the region.
