Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with a donation or payment you have made please contact us on 02 9727 0477 or by email at info@corecs.nbxstaging.com so we can resolve your query quickly. All complaints, grievances and disputes regarding payments will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, considering procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in dispute resolution processes in good faith.
Refunds
CORE will refund Gift Cards purchased for a client of our Aged and Disability Care Service where the client has passed away. Requests for such refunds from CORE need to be in writing to infoadc@corecs.nbxstaging.com
Course Enrollment and Attendance at Events
You can enroll in a course or activity through this Site. Information regarding the course or activity will be emailed to you following enrollment.
All course or activity information is subject to change without notification, however every attempt will be made to give reasonable notice. CORE will use reasonable endeavors to advise you of any changes to the course, including cancellation and change of venue.
Course Cancellations / Refunds
Unless otherwise noted, CORE courses and activities are subsidized. For this reason, refunds will generally not be given to participants who cancel their registration or who do not attend a course or activity. If for any reason, CORE cancels a course, CORE will pay a full refund for any fees paid.
When accessing this Site you must use this it only for the purposes for which it is provided, and you must not use this Site for any improper, injurious or unlawful purposes, or do anything to damage or disrupt this Site.
